Get ready for an unforgettable day of music, food, and fellowship at the Homecoming Block Party at Round Lake Park!
This family-friendly community event brings together alumni, students, and supporters for an outdoor celebration of culture, connection, and local pride.

Bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and cooler and create your perfect tailgate setup!
An $80 Tent/Cooler Space Fee is required for all personal setups inside the event area — this ensures an organized layout and plenty of room for everyone.

All guests must enter through the designated main entry point at the front of Round Lake Park. There will be clear signage and security staff to guide attendees upon arrival.

• Early check-in (Tents) begins at 1:30 PM
• Wristbands will be distributed at the gate
• If you reserved a tent/cooler or pop-up vendor spot, your name must be on the list
• All coolers, bags, and tents are subject to a security screening
• No re-entry once you leave the event grounds

Paid parking will be available on-site. Look for parking staff and signage guiding you to the designated lot. You are encouraged to arrive early for easier access and set-up.

• Carpooling is HIGHLY encouraged
• Do not block residential driveways or emergency access points
• Absolutely no parking on grassy or unmarked areas
• ADA parking is available near the entrance with proper identification

🚨 Cars parked illegally are subject to tow by the City of Oviedo.

If you plan to bring:

• A tent
• A cooler
• Tailgate setup (chairs, tables, picnic-style space)

You must reserve in advance and pay the $80 setup fee.This gives you:

• Permission to enter with equipment
• Setup rights for a 10x10' area (first come, first placed)
• Cooler access (NO GLASS)

💡 No one will be allowed to enter with a tent or cooler without proof of payment.

We encourage guests to bring their own tailgate-style setups — as long as they comply with the event rules and have paid the setup fee.

• Pop-up tents (max 10x10)
• Lawn chairs and folding tables
• Coolers (no glass, no large kegs)
• Umbrellas, picnic blankets, small shade items
• Generators

⛔ Prohibited:

• Open flames or grills
• Gas or propane tanks

We are accepting a curated selection of pop-up vendors for this year’s block party. This includes food stands, apparel booths, brand activations, and more.

Includes:

• Access for one 10x10 setup
• Space for signage, table, and tent
• Promotion on the official flyer & social media (if booked early)
• Foot traffic visibility from 2–7 PM

• Must bring your own table, tent, signage
• No cooking onsite (no flames or heat sources)
• Must operate entire event duration
• No tobacco, THC, CBD, or illegal product sales
• Must be approved prior to event day
• Setup by 1 PM sharp

• ✅ Coolers allowed only with paid reservation
• ✅ Small Bluetooth speakers allowed (modest volume)

All guests must comply with event security and park staff directions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

By attending the 2025 Homecoming Block Party, all attendees, vendors, and participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in an outdoor event.The organizers (including but not limited to DJ Chey The Goddess LLC, and affiliates) are not responsible for:

• Personal injury, accidents, or medical incidents
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
• Weather-related disruptions
• Damage to personal property from setup or parking

By entering the premises, you waive any and all claims against the organizers, vendors, and property managers of Round Lake Park.All participants agree to comply with local laws, city ordinances, and park regulations.
